A: Lead time is usually around 15 business days (three weeks) for new artwork. This means generally an order will be produced and shipped out within three weeks of the date that we receive artwork. Lead time can be longer during peak riding season (March-August). Production time on reorders (no changes to art) is generally much quicker.
A: We do have a RUSH service available. It is $75 if you need to get an order done in less than the current lead time. The availability of this service is sometimes limited so please do check in with us to make sure it can be done. Expedited shipping may be needed.
A: You do not need to be a dealer of other fine Specialized goods to get yourself some custom bottles. We make bottles for any and all companies, teams, and individuals.
A: Screens are generally kept on file for 6-10 years and in many cases longer.
A: As long as there are no changes to the art at all then there are no set up fees on reorders. Even the smallest change requires all new screens for printing, hence, additional set up fees. Production time is generally 5-10 business days for reorders.
A: The minimum order is 200 bottles.
A: We can do an order of 100 or 150 bottles for a less than minimum charge of $75.
A: No problem! You can mix and match colors in your order in case packs of 50 for no extra charge.
A: Not an issue. We can change the ink color in an order (needs to be in quantities of 50). There is a $10 (per change) ink change fee that will be applied to this order to cover the labor costs associated with stopping production to change ink colors. We ask that you keep the number of changes to a maximum of four ink changes on an order.
A: Shipping is never free with orders of any size. Shipping is usually $8-$10 per box of 50 bottles when shipped Standard Ground anywhere in the US and takes anywhere from 1-5 days to arrive depending on your location. We can give you a quote on large quantities (1000 or more) and non-domestic shipments. Just shoot us an e-mail!
A: We accept all major credit cards. Once your order is ready to go to production we send you a credit card form with your charges broken down. Once you send it back completed we charge the card and send your order to production. We also accept personal checks, however, we cannot send your bottles to production until we receive the check and it clears. Please allow for the extra few days when planning.
If you are going to be placing frequent orders and would like to be invoiced for the order, you can apply for terms as well.
